Aquatic animal nutritionist and professor in the School of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences at Auburn University.
Extensive experience in the development and improvement of commercial feeds, as well as in feed management strategies. Also serves as Associate Editor for the World Aquaculture Society (WAS), with over 170 publications in specialized journals, and supervises undergraduate and graduate research in aquaculture nutrition.
